For this reason, I keep all clients records anonymised on encrypted devices. Moreover, as I will ask for details of your home address, GP and previous relevant history. Your confidentiality and your personal information records safety and security are paramount in my practice. I always encourage people to use services that have end to end encrypted technology, such as Skype, Zoom, HangOuts, WhatsApp or others.
