Trisha is a compassionate, kind and integrative psychological therapist with a BA(Hons) in Psychology with Sociology, and a MSc in Psychological Therapies, specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

She is currently undertaking her Doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at the University of Edinburgh.

She offers online therapy for children and young people aged 14 upwards, and with adults.

She provides a safe, open, and collaborative space where you can work together towards your personal goals. Her aim is to create a therapeutic relationship that empowers you to explore challenges, develop new perspectives, and move towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

She is committed to supporting clients in understanding themselves, building resilience, and fostering self-acceptance.

While her therapeutic foundation lies in CBT, her approach draws strongly from third-wave CBT approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).

She also values person-centred principles, ensuring that therapy is tailored to each individual’s needs, values, and pace.
