Jaime G. Miralles

EMDR and CBT AXA Therapist Online

Are you looking to find a AXA PPP Registered Therapist online?

I am Jaime, AXA approved therapist for EMDR, CBT and other talking therapies. We can work together to get you where you would like to get, through your therapeutic journey, whether is for childhood trauma, anxiety, sleep, performance or exploring some day-to-day difficulties.

Sometimes a psychotherapist or counsellor can support you with normal emotional reactions to life circumstances, if you privately or your employer have AXA cover for mental health, it is easier to access good quality therapy.

You can get a 15 minutes free consultation with me, to discuss what you are looking support with from an AXA psychotherapist. You can ask any questions you would like, and also this would be an opportunity for me to know if I can be of any help to you.

I deliver all my sessions online, and these have been very successful, in fact, all the research that is coming up in the last few years shows that Online Therapy is as efficacious as traditional face-to-face.
