Lorraine is an online BABCP registered Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, an EMDR Europe registered practitioner and BAMBA registered Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapist with over 20 years experience of working with adults experiencing many common mental health problems within NHS primary and secondary care, charity, statutory and private therapy settings.

Lorraine offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Her working practices also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Compassion Focused approaches.
